CTM™ Tracks

One of the things that makes us powerful trainers is that we are also experienced consultants and seasoned business leaders.  We have worked on the front lines and done all the things we consult and train.  Consulting is objective problem solving and communication to achieve a desired outcome.  Training is an extension of consulting as it shows others how to solve problems for themselves. 

We do both – we consult and we train to achieve results for our clients.  Both go hand-in-hand.  In fact, all of our training incorporates consulting into the initial scope to ensure complete customization for our clients and our audience.

Sea Change consulting and training curriculum offers five CTM™ tracks.  Each track has several modules with a focus on a specific business area and is designed to give the participants an in-depth personal understanding of successful strategies as they relate to themselves, the team, and the overall organization.

Strategy
The strategic vision must be stated, understood and more importantly felt by all within the organization.  In our strategy track, employees learn to embrace your organization’s strategic vision, core values and guiding principles and their role in creating and manifesting those values and vision. 

Leadership & Management
The goal of every organization is to create leaders at all levels to propel your organization to new heights.  Our participants gain a higher level of awareness toward any issue through our Zen Power Approach™.  In addition, they learn about leadership styles and how to assimilate effective leadership tactics that fit their persona into their every day work.  As great leaders are great followers, this track significantly enhances the teamwork within your organization.

Organizational Behavior

Communication
Effective communication is a critical element in any highly functioning team.  In this track, we explore proper internal and external communication and their criticality within a smoothly run organization. Our track teaches how to integrate good communication to increase customer satisfaction and get more clients. The participants also learn a highly underrated critical skill - how to run effective meetings and how to follow up post-meeting.  This component alone will save your organization time and money.
