Case Study: A successful telecommunications company required an in-depth strategy to increase sales due to market and industry changes. 

Issue: The president of the company had all of the pieces in place, vision, management, personnel, reporting, and analytics.  However, profits were dangerously low.  

Resolution:  We started with a high level strategy session and quickly delved into the business and financial modeling.  We provided extensive and in-depth projections to determine the appropriate sales/profit ratios.  After a few sessions, we quickly discovered that two products were not being exploited to increase profits.  With a few tweaks of the financial model, the financial future became profitable and the strategy became clear.  Now with the expected increase in sales, the profits will increase in greater proportion.

Case Study: A quasi-government agency needed meeting facilitation for a ½ day retreat.

Issue:  The board members were not engaged, could not articulate the strategy and were not part of a team.

Resolution:  We devised a ½ day program that required pre-meeting seeding to generate interest and engagement.  We then developed a presentation and brainstorming session that articulated the strategy to a certain extent, solicited input and ideas. In addition, we allowed the natural inclinations of board members to informally begin the team building process.  Today, the board is much more engaged, the strategy better articulated and the framework of a team is in place.
