Case Study: Marketing and Operations Analysis for High End Jeweler

Issue: High-end custom jeweler needed help reaching its clients while simultaneously having significant operational challenges.

Resolution: We performed an in-depth analysis of the operations of the firm and determined points of redundancy and a better division of labor and skills.  We helped orchestrate a formal reorganization within the company and set processes and procedures in place to ensure day-to-day operations were efficiently met.  Additionally, we analyzed sales volume and repeat business to determine profiles and buying patterns of target customers.  From this we created effective marketing and sales strategies reaching more customers and ensuring greater customer retention.  These led to increased sales and reduced operational costs increasing the net to the bottom line.
